3D Printed Pen

I have always had my eyes on woodworking and turning but living in an apartment in NYC, doesn’t give you much space for that craft. But I do have 3D Printing!
So I took what I had and made it work, these pens are made using the pen kits sold to woodworkers for turning pens and instead of using wood I used my own printed designs.
This lead to having beautiful, functional pens that I can print at a moments notice and the design options are pretty limitless. So I started with 10 (1 is not pictures it is the same as one of the ones above but instead of being circular it has a more triangular cut)

Print Details:
These were all printed on the ProjectR3d Railcore II 300 ZL at .2mm Layer Height
Multiple filaments were used including from Prusament, FilamentOne, and CapTubes

Print Settings and orientation:
To print these make sure to select the one you want and print 2 of them, or 1 of each design you want it you would rather mix and match designs. They are all compatible.

You will need a pen kit that is for a 7mm bore, in my case it was a slimeline kit. I ordered these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074FGMR99/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
After you receive it there is a paper included with how the parts go together, follow those instruction and substitute the print with the wood blanks/turned parts
